Football Italia reports that Parma defender Dominik Drobnic has undergone successful surgery after suffering a fracture in the 2-1 Serie A win over Genoa. The 19-year-old was injured when he fell and an opponent accidentally trod on his arm, but he carried on with the wrist strapped up before tests later showed a scaphoid fracture in his left wrist.
