28 July 2026 — conservative autonomous publication gate
Autonomous publication was introduced only for transfer articles that pass direct-source reachability, Tier, database entity, route, duplication, factual-support, minimum-depth and independent-critic checks. A daily publication cap limits scale; failures remain private drafts and no individual human pre-publication review is claimed.
24 July 2026 — human publication gate
Unrestricted automatic publication was removed. The manual path requires a named authenticated editor, verified entities, source evidence, route linkage and a preserved revision record. This safeguard remains available alongside the later conservative autonomous path.
24 July 2026 — index quality gate
News, rumour and Done Deal URLs must explicitly pass their publication and SEO eligibility checks. Thin profiles, review records and empty listings remain noindex.
14 July 2026 — evidence provenance
Original reports, independent confirmations, citations, aggregators, official sources and denials were separated so repetition no longer counts as independent evidence.
Historical integrity
Material future changes will be appended with a date and impact note. Earlier rules and failed predictions are not silently rewritten.
