Almost Signed analysis: the nationality shorthand is too broad in one direction and too narrow in the other. Italian nationality alone does not establish the required training history, while a non-Italian can meet a locally trained category. Juventus therefore need to check a proposed player’s registration history and the squad’s relevant quota, rather than filter candidates by passport. The cited reporting does not supply a complete eligibility file for every possible replacement.
